ERP Financial Tracking System: Uganda’s Education Response Plan for Refugees and Host Communities

ERP Financial Tracking System: Uganda’s Education Response Plan for Refugees and Host Communities

The Education Response Plan for Refugee and Host Communities in Uganda (ERP) is a 3.5 year plan designed to ensure that individuals aged three to 24 from refugee and host communities are able to access sustained quality learning opportunities. As part of the Plan’s implementation, the ERP Steering Committee needs to have a record of their spending against their estimated costs, in order to understand progress of the ERP so far. This report has sought to collect data from the different sources of spending on the ERP and analyse those data such that useful interpretations can be made about the areas of spending and remaining gaps. This technical assistance report details our methodology, findings and analysis of the ERP’s finance data.
